A visit from Tara and Miss R

Wow how exciting it was to have Tara and Miss R drop around this morning on there way home from Bundy. I haven't seen them for so long and it really is nice to catch up. They both looked so great, I really miss everyone in Moranbah when I see those two. Rabbit couldn't come as he was working but it was still nice to see the rest of the family. I can't get over how fast Miss R is growing up, already nearly 7 year's old and just drop dead gorgeous and sweet to boot.

The issue with shoes.....

Okay here's the story. I needed to get Jet some new shoes, he only has his sneekers and thongs (I think they call them flip flops in the US). Of course most people wear thongs a lot in Australia so he did not see the need to have other shoes. I wanted to get some funky ones so he could wear them for photo's. Soooo I bought this pair and off course mr was not happy with this as he proceeded to tell me that they were girl shoes. I had to take him to the store and show him I got them from the boy's section would you believe. Anyway here are the "shoes".
